BioFact™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit [Solution type] is a safe system for isolation of high yield and high quality genomic DNA by salting out method, not using existing phenol-chloroform method. This system allows easy scale up and minimizes the DNA fragmentation which is the problem caused by spin column type kits and filtration type kits. Isolated genomic DNA is used directly to further experiments such as PCR or enzyme digestion.
