BACKGROUND | ||
CD34 is a transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein, first identified on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. This molecule is also expressed by mature inflammatory cells such as eosinophils, mast cells, and dendritic cells, as well as on a few cells involved in ASM remodeling, such as fibrocytes and ASM precursors It has been widely used as a stem and progenitor cell marker, and clinical CD34+ stem cell transplantation (CD34+SCT) has been performed for tumor purging. CD34 is a cell-surface sialomucin. | ||

SDS-PAGE | Bioactivity | |
Active Recombinant Mouse CD34 Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie Blue, showing a band at 45-80 kDa. | Immobilized Mouse CD34, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD34 with a linear range of 11.7-93.7 ng/mL. |
