BioFact™ Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is suitable and ideal for long-ranged PCR up to 40 kb. This enzyme is blended with optimized rate using two enzymes from Pyrococcus furiosus and Thermus aquaticus to make dual advantages. BioFact™ Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase generates sufficient product with an A overhang, eliminating the need to add A overhangs post PCR to apply TA cloning of PCR product directly. BioFact™ Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is useful to amplification which is required higher sensitivity and productivity in long-range PCR.
