BioFact™ Pfu DNA Polymerase, a product of recombinant type DNA polymerase from Pyrococcus furiosus, is a suitable product for high-fidelity PCR amplification. The error rate of BioFact™ Pfu DNA Polymerase is 12 times lower than BioFact™ S-Taq DNA Polymerase due to its intrinsic 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity. It produces blunt ended PCR products and it enables blunt cloning directly using BioFact™ All-in PCR Cloning Kit without A-tailing step. Providing optional 5X Band Helper™ helps amplification of difficult PCR caused by High GC content or complex structure of template.
