BioFact™ Real-time PCR Series is providing optimizing system for easy-use using intercalating reagent and probe in real-time PCR amplification. Included BioFact™ H-Star DNA Polymerase helps accurate and reliable result to enable target-specific amplification due to its hot start characteristic by inhibition of primer- dimer or non-specific binding. Optional or mixed fluorescent dye, EvaGreen™ is available to use as an intercalating reagent, even though high resolution melting (HRM) analysis is applicable for genetic analysis such as SNP genotyping, mutation discovery or CpG methylation. BioFact™ Real-time PCR Series which is for the purpose of Taqman® probe or other fluorescent dye such as SYBR® Green are also available with various easy-to-use types.
