Symmetric Histamine
Symmetric Histamine is an innovative Lateral Flow test for the quantitative determination of Histamine in fresh fish, canned fish, frozen fish, and fish meal. The method is the only fully quantitative rapid test for Histamine, and it does not require an acylation process.
