2 x Taq PCR Master Mix | G3302-01 | 1 mL |
G3302-05 | 5×1 mL |
Product Description/Introduction
This product is a ready-to-use hot-start PCR premix containing modified Taq DNA polymerase, anti-Taq monoclonal antibody, dNTPs and optimized PCR reaction buffer at a concentration of 2×. Anti-Taq monoclonal antibody binds to Taq DNA polymerase before heating at high temperature and inhibits polymerase activity, thus inhibiting non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer dimerization under low temperature conditions. The anti-Taq monoclonal antibody is already denatured during the initial DNA denaturation step of the PCR reaction and therefore does not require special inactivation treatment. PCR amplification can be carried out by adding template, primer and ddH2O to make the concentration of Mix solution 1×. The amplified product with "A" base at the 3' end can be directly used for TA cloning. Loading Dye has been added to the product, and the amplification product can be directly used for agarose gel electrophoresis detection. This product is suitable for routine PCR and colony PCR.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
