Product Descirption/Introduction
RNase Inactivation reagent (25×) is a kind of unique chemical reagent designed to inactivate RNase Irreversibly. The equipments and consumables after RNase Inactivation procedure is free from RNase contamination, which is ready to use in RNA -related applications including RNA isolation or real-time PCR, Northern blot, FISH, etc.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Ship at room temperature; Store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.
Assay Protocol / Procedures
Treat experiment supplies with RNase Inactivation Reagent (25×).
1. Dilute RNase Inactivation reagent (25×) to 1× final concentration in Nuclease-free Water (G4700 recommended) or Ultrapure water in lab;
2. Immerse experiment consumables such as tips and EP tubes in RNase Inactivation reagent (1×),Incubate at 60°C at least for 10 minutes to inactive RNase.
Note
1. The product is safe, non-corrosive and compatible with subsequent procedures;
2. Please dilute the product to 1× final concentration before use, and you can repeatedly treat with it on the same day .
3. Please keep treatment at 60℃ for at least 10 minutes to eliminate RNase contamination.
4. Minimize contact with chemicals. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when handling chemicals (for example, safety glasses, gloves, or protective clothing).
