BioFact™ PCR Purification Kit

BioFact™ PCR Purification Kit is designed for purification of high quality DNA fragment by removing primers, dNTPs, PCR enzymes, and salts using spin collumn, high salt buffer and glass microfiber membrane. It has selective purification system of the two conditions, high yield and primer-dimer removal. In case of high yield condition, BioFact™ PCR Purification Kit enables high recovery of DNA fragment through the addition of isopropanol, and also high purity DNA fragment can be obtained by eliminating of primer-dimer.
