BioFact™ F-Star Taq DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified HotStart Taq DNA polymerase and it is useful for preventing or minimizing non-specific DNA amplification in PCR. BioFact™ F-Star Taq DNA Polymerase is suitable amplification of a relatively long-length target which is required high specificity and high sensitivity in PCR. It enables amplification of target DNA up to 21 in a single reaction at once. Optimal buffer system and optional 5X Band Helper™ helps amplification of difficult PCR which is due to high GC content and complex structure.
