50 X sterile stock solution
Dilute 20ml TAE Buffer 50X with 980ml deionised water to make 1 litre of TAE Buffer.
Final concentration is 40mM Tris Base, 20mM Glacial Acetic Acid and 1mM Na2EDTA.
