Rapid Test Cow is an advanced Lateral Flow test for the qualitative and quantitative detection of cow’s milk in sheep’s or goat’s milk and cheese. The product is designed in compliance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 519/2014, and “Suspect sample” is considered to be any sample with more than 0.7% adulteration.
