Product Description/Introduction
Recombinant Protein A-Cys, His-tag(alkali-resistant) is derived from the cell wall protein of Staphylococcus aureus and reexpressed by Escherichia coli, which can specifically combine with the Fc region of antibody IgG molecule. This product is A mutant with superior performance obtained by screening based on wild-type protein A. Compared with natural protein A, the binding site to Fab was removed, which not only enhanced the specificity of the binding of recombinant protein A to Fc, but also improved the stability and alkaline resistance of recombinant protein A, which could tolerate 0.5MNaOH without affecting the activity. The product bears His label and the C-end is Cys to facilitate subsequent coupling reaction.
