Product Description/Introduction
Glutathione Reductase is derived from Cerevisiae cerevisiae and purified by recombinant expression of Escherichia coli. Glutathionereductase is a REDOX enzyme containing flavin. Its catalytic activity requires NADPH to reduce oxidized glutathione (GSSG) to reduced glutathione (GSH). This product has high purity and does not contain other miscellaneous protein activities.
Source: Derived from saccharomyces cerevisiae expression by E. coli.
Enzyme activity definition: at 25 and pH7.6, the amount of enzyme required to reduce 1μmol of oxidized glutathione per minute was defined as a unit of enzyme activity.
Enzyme storage buffer:20 mM Tris-HCl，100 mM NaCl，50% Glycerol，pH 7.5.
