This molecular weight marker contains 16 double stranded DNA fragments in wide range of sizes from 100 bp to 10,000 bp. The amounts of the 500 bp, 1,000 bp, 2,000 bp and 5,000-bp fragments are adjusted so that greater intensities of these four fragments can serve as easy references in an agarose gel.

Stability

10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1 mM EDTA, 5% glycerol, 0.005% bromophenol blue, 0.005% xylene cyanol.
Cautions
Make small aliquots and store at -20℃. DNA can be degraded if a single tube is used for long time at room temperature.
