Instructions for use
During the ELISA experiment, after adding TMB substrate to the plate to develop the colour to the expected shade, add 50 μL of stop solution per well to terminate the reaction. The order of addition of the stop solution should be the same as that of TMB substrate as far as possible. In case of uneven colour, please shake the plate gently to mix the solutions evenly. After making sure that there are no water droplets on the bottom of the plate and no air bubbles in the wells, measure the absorbance value at 450 nm within 30 minutes.
Note
This product is an acidic solution, please pay attention to proper protection when handling and avoid direct contact of the reagent with skin and eyes. In case of inadvertent contact, please immediately wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
